Previously, Brian held senior product and marketing roles at Electronic Arts, leading studio & brand teams to deliver 45+ AAA games while centering authentic, relatable, accessible, and inclusive player experiences.

Brian believes in the underleveraged power of games and interactive entertainment, to advance movements for marginalized communities through representation, narrative change, and evoking empathy.

VICTORIA CHEN

Part of Riot Games' corporate strategy team with over 7 years of experience in the video games industry. Prior to her role at Riot, she excelled as a TMT/PEPI thought leader at McKinsey & Company, where she specialized in video games and telecom/tech sectors.

Before McKinsey, Victoria built a diverse foundation in the gaming industry, holding various roles such as esports consultant at Entangled, video game operations and research analyst at SuperData, teaching fellow for Business of Video Games at NYU Stern, and management roles at NYU Overwatch.

Victoria is a firm believer in the value of diversity on innovation and problem-solving, and has consistently been an active advocate for diversity and inclusion in the gaming industry. She was previously a volunteer with Game Devs of Color and now co-leads Riot’s Asian and Pacific Islanders ERG (API @ Riot).

Victoria cares deeply about unity and aims to create a safe place where gaming professionals of all Asian & Pacific identities can come together, learn from each other's shared commonalities and multicultural differences, and amplify the voices of all Asian communities in the gaming industry.

A social impact designer, Co-Founder of the AMBIV Collective, and Creative Director at the Asian Americans with Disabilities Initiative (AADI).

With a strong focus on empowering underrepresented communities, she is on a mission to reshape perceptions and enhance access to culturally informed resources for disabled and neurodivergent people.

Kim's journey through her own experiences as a late-identified ADHD individual with depression has fueled her passion for advocating for others. Her academic background in Public Health Policy from the University of California, Irvine, equips her with the knowledge and tools to address systemic disparities and create meaningful change.

Kim aims to contribute wherever she can to this crucial mission of elevating Asian narratives and creativity within the multibillion-dollar gaming sphere.
